Position: Receptionist (Part-Time)
Location: Noosaville, QLD

About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our admin team on a part-time basis to assist with our front desk duties at Footpoint Podiatry, Noosaville. You will ensure a pleasant and welcoming environment in this exciting, fast-paced and rewarding role as our team strives to help our clients achieve their goals through a welcoming, modern and patient-centered approach.

We have a large and varied caseload of patients including private-paying, NDIS, DVA and Medicare.

Part of this role will also require assistance with our Social Media accounts with weekly updates and monthly blogs.

The successful applicant will have flexibility to work approximately 20-25 hours per week (Mon 7:30am to 2pm and Wed/Thu/Fri 11am to 5:30pm).

Your roles and responsibilities include:

• Front office duties, phones, greeting clients, checking paperwork.
• Managing patient appointments, account payments and third-party claims using our software Cliniko.
• Administration, data entry and filing
• Provide administrative support to practitioners
• Provide a high level of communication, support and customer service to all clients
• Claiming of EPC via HICAPS and DVA using PRODA
• Ordering of stock and stationary
• Provide support in the management of the NDIS program where required
• General cleaning duties
• Social Media/Online updates
• Perform other ad hoc duties as required

Minimum of 6 months experience in a Healthcare-related role is highly regarded.
