About the Role

Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for strategy development and client engagement? We are seeking a Senior or Experienced Associate Adviser to join our team. This role is pivotal in preparing advice for new clients or making significant changes for existing clients. You will play a key role in our initial client engagements and in delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with advisers to understand clients' needs, goals, and circumstances.

· Develop tailored strategy and product recommendations in consultation with advisers.

· Record and summarize meetings using AI technology.

· Engage with clients to keep them informed about advice progress and clarify any queries.

· Continuously review and refine team processes for improvement and efficiency.

What the Role Does Not Involve:

· Preparing paperwork for client reviews.

· Preparing Statements of Advice.

· Lodging and completing implementation.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role or in paraplanning.

· Proficiency in using Xplan, particularly Wealthsolver, Risk Researcher, and Xtools+.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
