About Us:

With a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and expert advice, we are seeking a skilled Appointment Setter to join our team in a casual, hybrid role.

Your Role:
As a casual Appointment Setter at Seniors First, you will be the first point of contact for potential and existing clients interested in reverse mortgage solutions. You will handle inbound calls and emails, educate clients on reverse mortgage concepts, and schedule appointments for our Broker team. This hybrid role offers flexibility to work both from home and in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to inbound calls and email inquiries from clients interested in reverse mortgages, ensuring a professional and helpful approach.
  • Screening calls for eligibility to ensure clients qualify for reverse mortgage solutions.
  • Engaging in pre-interview discussions to understand client needs and offer preliminary advice about reverse mortgages.
  • Educating clients on reverse mortgage concepts to help them understand the benefits and process.
  • Scheduling appointments for our Mortgage Broker team to further assist clients with their reverse mortgage inquiries.
  • Calling existing clients in our database to follow up and provide additional support where needed.
  • Updating and maintaining the CRM with accurate client information.
  • Meeting and exceeding appointment-setting targets to ensure smooth operations for the team.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • An Applicant with minimum of 2 years of contact centre experience
  • Phone experience is essential, with a proven ability to handle inbound calls in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Mortgage experience is required, with a specific understanding of reverse mortgages or the willingness to learn about them.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage clients and explain mortgage concepts clearly.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting set targets.
  • Proficient with CRM systems to ensure client information is accurately updated.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, both from home and the office.
  • Target-driven, with a focus on achieving appointment-setting goals.

This role is casual (up to 5 days a week – Mon to Fri – 20 to 38 hours per week), we are looking for applicants based in Sydney only.
