The Opportunity:
We're seeking 2 motivated and experienced Appointment Setters to join our dynamic team. As an Appointment Setter, you'll be responsible for generating high-quality leads and securing appointments for our B2B sales team. This is a casual role with excellent earning potential (and opportunity for more hours based on results). We are looking for VIC applicants only as we hold face to face meetings occasionally ( only once every 2 to 3 months ) and we require you to be available to come to them. These are held in close proximity to the Melbourne CBD.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to commercial businesses to identify potential customers
• Present our green energy solutions and highlight their benefits
• Schedule qualified appointments for our sales team
• Achieve a daily target of 2-3 appointments and a weekly target of 10 appointments
• Maintain accurate records of all calls and appointments in our online system

Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in outbound appointment setting or sales ideally to businesses
• Excellent phone communication skills – clear, confident, and warm
• Resilient, reliable, and honest with a strong work ethic
• Ability to build rapport and establish credibility quickly
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Comfortable working autonomously while staying connected to the team

What We Offer:

• This is a casual role 5 hours per day, Monday to Friday (flexible hours between 9 am and 5 pm, but consistent hours each week). Again - opportunity to increase hours based on results
• Competitive hourly rate: $36 per hour, plus commissions
