About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists for a highly skilled Service Co-Ordinator to join the team at Tufflift within our Service Team, reporting directly to the Service Manager.

The primary purpose of this role is to manage and maintain after sales support to our customers, reaching and exceeding expectations. This role is extremely important to our ongoing customer and product support and is critical to our growing business.

Within the role, you will be responsible for

• Be the first point of contact with customers for all after sale enquiries
• Provide a high level of service to our customers including processing sales orders, handling customer enquiries & resolving customer issues
• Conducting outbound pro-active calls to current and prospective accounts
• Quote & Coordinate compliance inspections & repairs
• Coordinate the installation and delivery of products to our customers
• Scheduling all Installation & Service work to ensure optimum efficacy
• Completing all requirements in the company's after sales service system
• Process customer payments

About You

This opportunity is for someone who is energetic, highly organised, has great people skills, and has a strong sense of ownership with a desire to see a task through to the finish.

Excellent computer skills are a must along with being able to coordinate a range of activities, communicate clearly, and process transactions accurately all in a bustling, fast-paced environment.

You will ideally have automotive equipment industry experience, though this is not essential.

To be considered for this role you will have:

• A strong background in customer service, after sales customer support
• The ability to adapt to different types of customers
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills with the ability to be solutions-focused
• Excellent planning and time management skills.
• Excellent computer skills
• Full Australian working rights
• A current driver's licence
• It is preferable that you live in the West of Melbourne (due to commuting times)
