We are seeking a new team member with exceptional verbal and written communication skills to join our dedicated Front Office team as Overnight Receptionist. This position is a crucial role to set the remainder up for the team for their forthcoming day of operations. This is Casual or Permanent Part-time position offering 3 shifts a week (Friday, Saturday and Monday) on the 10.00pm - 6.00am shift.

Located centrally in Bowral, The Berida Hotel is a unique combination of splendour and charm. It also hosts a favourite amongst locals; all-day dining restaurant, Bistro Sociale, two speciality bars; Aspinall’s whisky lounge and Gin Trading Co.

As a Overnight Receptionist you will be responsible for:

• Process payments from guests, create and manage reservations.
• Creating memorable experiences for all our guests for all points of guest interactions.
• Provide intuitive service, with absolute understanding of our guests needs to create exceptional service experiences.
• Cross selling the hotel’s departments.
• Building rapport with each individual guest, to create memorable experiences.
• Handling cash and payments.
• Carry out specific night audit duties, ensuring accurate records and reports.
• Ensure safety and maintain security of the property.
• Respond promptly to requests from guests and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Successful candidates for this opportunity will have immaculate presentation, impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
