Join the team at Clarendon Hotel Newcastle as a Front Office Receptionist! We're looking for a friendly and professional individual to help us keep our Front Office running smoothly.
As a Front Office Receptionist, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- Accommodation services: You'll be processing reservations, checking guests in and out, and handling guest enquiries and requests
- Front Office Management: You'll be responsible for ensuring that the Front Office runs smoothly and efficiently
- Providing administrative support to our Management team
- Cash management & reconciliation
- Preparation of daily reports and sales data
We are offering a casual opportunity with a range of 15-25 hours per week, with the potential to transition into a part-time role. The role requires availability to work across a 7-day roster, including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holiday seasons.
