What your Day-To-Day will look like:
- Managing daily large volume invoicing/receipting to Participants, PRODA and timely collection and processing of receivables
- Debt collection of outstanding Participant invoicing in a timely manner
- Assist with financial reporting
- Monitor participant funding and maintain accurate financial records using Xero
- Pre-empt financial issues such as plan expiry or depletion of funds before plan review dates
- Provide exceptional customer service to NDIS participants and service providers in relation to NDIS Plans and any enquires to relevant stakeholders
- Stay updated on industry changes, such as NDIS pricing and wages award rates and support implementation into our systems as they change
- Support the Team as a first point of call for payroll queries to problem solve and liaise with external Bookkeeping Team
- Work in multiple systems to gather and export data relating to invoicing
Requirements of the role:
- Experience in accounts receivable and/or Payroll functions, ideally with at least 1-2 years of experience
- Competency with financial systems including Xero, strong Excel skills, and general Microsoft Office skills
- A keen eye for detail, with excellent communication and organisational skills
- An initiative-taking and professional approach to problem-solving and confidentiality
- Previous experience in the NDIS sector is highly desirable, but not essential. If you are new to this sector, we will provide tailored training to ensure your success

- QLD Working with Children Card - No Card/No Start
- NDIS Worker Screening Check - No Card/No Start
- Valid and current First Aid and CPR Certification
- Must have a Divers Licence & Comprehensive Car Insurance
- Must have completed the NDIS Worker Orientation Module & Supporting Safe and Enjoyable Meals Module
