As the Assistant to the Boutqiue Manager, you'll spearhead a team of 16 vibrant brand ambassadors, epitomizing our brand essence through optimism, creativity, and sophistication. Your mission will be to inspire and lead by example, nurturing a collaborative and motivating atmosphere to realize our shared brand vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead with unwavering conviction, serving as a role model for the team.
- Elevate sales performance by delivering unparalleled Client Service, impeccable Visual Presentation, and crafting unforgettable brand encounters.
- Uphold a standard of excellence in the client service, brand representation, and product knowledge within the team.
- Cultivate a spirited and cohesive workplace culture, fostering passion, focus, and discipline.
