They are seeking professional and experienced Team Leaders to lead a team of Client Service Officers, providing support to disaster-affected individuals and ensuring efficient, compassionate service and preparedness for enquiries. These roles are available for an immediate start on a contract for initially 3 months.

Please note, these roles will be 100% WFH however, successful candidates must be based in NSW.

The Job
Reporting through to Group Managers, in this Team Leader contract you will be accountable for:

• Lead and manage a team, coordinating workflows, implementing best practices, and ensuring service standards are met.
• Support the assessment of complex grant applications, conduct inquiries, assess eligibility, and ensure compliance.
• Attend meetings with management and contribute to project deliverables.
• Coach and train team members to enhance performance and build capability.
• Prepare, review, and analyse documentation, reports, and data while liaising with stakeholders.

You
To be successful for this opportunity, you must have experience in the following areas and possess the below personal qualities:

• At least 2 years leading teams of 10+ in a fast-paced environment (200-300 cases processed daily).
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams in high-volume, customer-focused environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Empathetic customer advocate with creative problem-solving skills.
• Well-organised, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Experience in grants, rebates, and vouchers administration preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning & Genesys an advantage.
