The company is seeking a talented Financial Analyst to join its growing finance team. This role will provide critical support and insights to drive profitable growth and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.

About the role-

• Prepare and collect input for the annual budget, forecasts, and strategic plan for P&L from gross sales to operating results.
• Work closely with key stakeholders across various departments, and create collaborative relationships to steer the business in a sustainable and profitable manner.
• Review and perform routine analysis on financial information, including performance, variance, cost-benefit, and benchmarking analysis.
• Provide insight on profitability, costing, and expense management through the planning process and improvements to reporting, budgeting, and systems.
• Partner with sales and category leaders to provide clear financial information that aids in decision-making and understanding.

About you-

• CA or CPA qualified (or equivalent) with between 3-5 years' experience in a similar role will be advantageous.
• Strong professional experience with a deep knowledge and understanding of financial statements, operational processes, budget and forecasting, and internal controls.
• Commercial acumen and good understanding of the food and beverage or manufacturing industries will be advantageous.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills, high attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively across different teams and with multiple stakeholders.
