Position Description

Reporting directly into the Financial Controller, you will commence in your role as the key contact for the AP & AR function as well assisting across the broader financial responsibilities of the business. Your duties will include but not be limited to:

• Generate & manage the customer invoicing process
• End to end AP & AR
• Generate monthly statements
• Management of relationships with customer
• Reconciliations of accounts
• Handle customer queries
• Reporting duties
• Financial reporting and record keeping
• Assist the finance team with ad hoc tasks as required

Ideal Candidate

The successful applicant will have the following attributes:

• Prior experience in a similar role
• Xero accounting experience advantageous but not essential
• Prior experience with month end duties
• Excellent attitude with a keen desire to grow in your role
• Personable nature and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
• Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail with an ability to prioritise own work
• A positive up beat attitude and excellent time management skills
