The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager – Infrastructure Solutions to drive revenue growth and expand market presence within the built environment sector. You will identify and engage key stakeholders, including architects, developers, and construction firms, to deliver high-value solutions such as raised access flooring, air management systems, and integrated ceiling infrastructures.

This role involves consulting with clients, conducting persuasive presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to align offerings with market needs. You will stay ahead of industry trends, monitor competitor activity, and maintain a strong sales pipeline to exceed targets.

You are an ambitious and strategic thinker with a proven track record in business development, sales, or a related field. You have a natural ability to build and maintain relationships, and your strong communication skills make you a persuasive and confident negotiator. Salary and Benefits

$85,000 to $120,000 Base + Super + Car / Allowance + Comms
