About the Company
Join a leader in power protection solutions, providing Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems to some of Australia’s largest enterprise clients. Expert solutions that ensure business continuity, energy efficiency, and reliability for critical industries, including financial services, telco, data centres, and food & beverage.
With strong client relationships already in place, we’re looking for a strategic account manager to maintain and grow key accounts while identifying new opportunities within different departments and business units.
The Role
This role is ideal for someone who excels at building strong client relationships and navigating complex enterprise structures. You will manage an existing portfolio of key enterprise clients, while also uncovering new business opportunities within different departments.
Many leading enterprises rely on UPS solutions to maintain critical operations, including financial institutions, telco providers, data centre operators, and major food & beverage manufacturers. This role will involve working with key stakeholders in these sectors—such as IT managers, facilities teams, procurement, and operations executives—to provide tailored solutions that ensure uptime, efficiency, and long-term reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and expand key enterprise accounts, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring ongoing success.
- Explore new business opportunities by identifying additional needs across different departments and business units.
- Provide tailored UPS solutions, working closely with technical teams to deliver value-driven recommendations.
- Become a trusted advisor, positioning our brand as the go-to partner for power protection
- Stay ahead of market trends to ensure our solutions align with evolving industry needs.
Skills and Experience Required
- Experience in account management and business development within UPS systems, power solutions, or critical infrastructure.
- Strong network within enterprise clients, particularly in finance, telecommunications, data centres, and F&B manufacturing.
- Ability to navigate complex organisations, engaging multiple stakeholders across different departments.
- Customer-first approach with a passion for delivering tailored solutions and driving long-term value.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic sales skills.
Salary and Benefits
- Base Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 +Super
- Lucrative Commission Structure
