With an exciting year ahead, we are looking for a passionate Facility Supervisor to join our team.

Position Overview: The Facility Supervisor will play a pivotal role in managing the daily operations of our packing facility. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient packing processes, maintaining high standards of quality, and leading a dedicated team.

This is a fulltime position suitable for Candidate who:

· Demonstrates strong, genuine and long term employment commitment to Sharp Fruit

· Prepares to relocate to live and work in regional area like Swanhill VIC and regional lifestyle adjustments.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise and coordinate daily packing operations, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

· Monitor equipment functionality and arrange for maintenance and repairs as needed.

· Lead and mentor packing staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement best practices in facility operations.

· Assist in scheduling and logistics to optimize workflow and productivity.

· Maintain accurate records of packing activities and performance metrics.

· Collaborate with management and growers to improve packing efficiency and quality.

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in a supervisory role within the agricultural or food processing industry.

· Strong leadership and team management skills.

· Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.

· Knowledge of safety regulations and operational best practices.

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work flexible hours during peak seasons.
