THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager to join our team! High level responsibilities include:

• Talking to customers, interpreting their requirements and following up with updates
• Communicating with Dealers
• Coordinating shipping of spare parts
• Maintaining strong knowledge of where spare parts are stored
• Managing stock in the right quantities
• Ensuring supplier delivery
• Ensuring stock is entered into the system
• Maintaining a neat, tidy and organised workspace

YOU

As our successful candidate, you have worked in a similar role in the manufacturing industry. Your skills and experience further include:

• Demonstrated spare parts experience
• Experience using inventory systems
• Excellent communication skills
• Effective time management skills and experience working to KPI’s and deadlines
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Leading collaboratively with openness, honesty and professionalism
• Love being part of a team
• Being flexible and adaptive to change
