About the Role:

We are seeking passionate Early Childhood Teachers & Educators who are committed to:

• Developing and implementing engaging, developmentally appropriate programs based on the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
• Creating a warm, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that fosters children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
• Building strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment.
• Upholding the National Quality Standards (NQS) and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Embracing and incorporating Steiner-inspired practices into daily routines and learning experiences.
• Demonstrating a strong work ethic and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement educational programs that align with the EYLF and NQS.
• Observe, assess, and document children's learning and development.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to the development of individual learning plans.
• Communicate effectively with families and provide regular updates on their child's progress.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children.
• Participate in team meetings, professional development opportunities, and centre events.

Essential Criteria:

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification.
• Early Childhood Education and Care Qualification (Cert III / Diploma)
• Current NSW Working with Children Check.
• First Aid Certificate (including CPR and Anaphylaxis Management) (not mandatory)
• Sound knowledge of the EYLF and NQS.
• Demonstrated experience in planning and implementing high-quality educational programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for working with young children and a commitment to their well-being.
• A understanding or interest in Steiner education is highly desirable.
