Your Role

• Design and implement engaging, play-based learning experiences that foster early development
• Support children’s growth through storytelling, music, drama, and interactive activities
• Collaborate with other educators to enhance curriculum and pedagogy
• Build strong, meaningful relationships with children, families, and the wider community
• Maintain a safe, clean, and inclusive learning environment
• Observe, assess, and document children’s progress in alignment with the Australian Professional Teaching Standards

What We’re Looking For

✔ ACEQA-approved Early Childhood Teaching Qualification (3, 4, or 5 years)
✔ Teacher Registration (as required by the relevant state)
✔ Current First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis Certification (or willingness to obtain)
✔ Working With Children Check (as per legislative requirements)
✔ Passion for early childhood education, creativity, and fostering a nurturing learning space
✔ A team player with a commitment to collaboration, growth, and excellence
