Key responsibilities

• Proactively identify and qualify new sales opportunities within the HVAC market
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential customers
• Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on the most suitable HVAC solutions for their needs
• Prepare detailed proposals and negotiate contract terms to secure new business
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless project delivery
• Contribute to the development of the company's sales and marketing strategies
• Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets

What we're looking for

An experienced (3+ years) in HVAC sales.

• Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent product knowledge and the ability to provide technical expertise to customers
• Strong negotiation, proposal writing and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and build strong relationships with customers
• Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, building services) is desirable
