The Role:

• Convert warm leads into sales through phone consultations and in-person visits.
• Consult with homeowners, demonstrating the financial and environmental benefits of energy-efficient air conditioning.
• Close deals confidently, leveraging expert product knowledge and a consultative approach.
• Manage customer relationships and accurately record details in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Stay informed on industry trends, attending sales meetings and training sessions.

About You:

• Proven sales experience in phone and/or face-to-face roles, with a track record of exceeding targets.
• Motivated, results-driven, and ambitious, thriving in a high-performance environment.
• Industry experience in air conditioning, HVAC, hydronic, or chiller systems is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, confident in engaging and influencing customers.
• Detail-oriented, with excellent presentation and reporting abilities.
• Valid driver’s license, as some local travel may be required.
