Company Overview:

Den Services Australia is a leading air conditioning installation company based in the southeast suburbs of Melbourne. We specialize in residential air conditioning solutions and are expanding our sales team in 2025 to meet growing demand.

Role Overview:

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representatives to join our team and sell solutions to homeowners through the Victorian VEU Program, which offers government incentives for transitioning from gas heating to reverse cycle air conditioning. You will receive qualified, warm leads from our marketing campaigns and will be responsible for either selling solutions over the phone or arranging in-home appointments to provide quotations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • In-Home & Phone Sales: Engage with qualified leads to sell residential air conditioning solutions, either through phone consultations or in-person visits.
  • Customer Education: Guide homeowners through the benefits of the Victorian VEU Program and how they can save money by upgrading their heating systems to energy-efficient air conditioning.
  • Sales Quoting & Negotiation: Provide tailored quotes and solutions based on the homeowner's needs.
  • Lead Conversion: Turn warm leads into confirmed sales by effectively communicating the value of our services.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the rest of the sales team and installation staff to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Attend Sales Meetings and Training Sessions: Receive regular market updates, product information

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in residential air conditioning, solar sales, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the Victorian VEU Program and government incentives is a bonus, though training will be provided.
  • Energetic, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic with a passion for sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for in-home appointments (Melbourne-based candidates preferred).
