About the Company:
My client is a Global Investment Bank with beautiful offices in the CBD. They are looking for someone to be the face of the organisation providing exceptional service and customer service to their customers and clients.
About the Role:
This role is an important role within the business and they are looking for someone who has a background in Reception and hospitality to help organise client events and lunches.
- Be the face of the Organisation!
- Fast paced and busy role
- Meeting and Greeting clients
- Managing the front desk
- Providing support to the back office
- Meeting room management
- Event organising
- Manage catering and dietary requirements
- Coordinate with the waiters
Skills & Experience:
- Exceptional attitude, immaculate presentation, communication and inter personal skills are key to success in this role
- Corporate Reception / Front of House experience is preferable
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to self-manage and work well under pressure
