Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Agricultural Sales Representative to expand our market presence and drive sales of our autonomous and GPS Autosteer farming solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agriculture, sales experience, and a passion for innovative technology. This role involves working closely with dealers and end customers to promote and sell our products while building long-term relationships in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and agricultural businesses.

Identify new sales opportunities and drive lead generation efforts. Including travel across the country to explore various leads.

Provide product demonstrations and technical knowledge to potential customers.

Work closely with dealers to support sales efforts and ensure customer satisfaction.

Attend trade shows, industry events, and dealer meetings to promote products.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.

Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience in agricultural sales or a related field.

Strong understanding of farming operations and precision agriculture.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Experience with autonomous technology or machinery sales is a plus.

Compensation & Commission Structure

Base Salary: Competitive, based on experience.

Commission: Performance-based commission structure with uncapped earning potential. Commission will be paid per unit sold, with additional incentives for high-volume sales.

Bonuses: Additional bonuses for exceeding sales targets.
