Position

Due to continued growth, a Sales Representative position has become available at the Muswellbrook dealership. This role focuses on maintaining and expanding client relationships while handling inbound inquiries for tractors and other agricultural machinery.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing an existing portfolio of clients to ensure continued business growth.
  • Engaging with new potential customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Preparing accurate and detailed quotations and sales contracts.
  • Proactively following up on leads and referrals to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records through an updated CRM.
  • Coordinating with the sales team and logistics to ensure seamless delivery and financing of machinery.

Candidate

The ideal candidate may not have direct machinery sales experience but will have a strong working knowledge of agricultural machinery. This role is well-suited to someone with hands-on farming or mechanical experience looking to transition into a sales role. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to customer engagement are key.

Key attributes of an ideal candidate include:

  • A solid understanding of agricultural machinery and its applications.
  • Sales experience within any industry is an advantage but not essential.
  • A motivated and proactive attitude with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Basic computer literacy and CRM experience.
  • A current motor vehicle licence.
  • A keen interest in the agricultural sector and a willingness to learn.
