Do you enjoy leading a team and have a passion for working with the elderly in a mental helath inpatient setting? This is an exciting opportunity to obtain experience and lead a great team of nurses and allied health professionals and a supportive and innovative team to provide quality care to consumers aged 65 years or older with mental illness in an inpatient setting.

Selection Criteria:
To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the below questions as thoroughly as possible.
- Registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse and current NSW Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel as required in role
- Recent clinical experience in Mental Health Nursing or management.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in management or equivalent work experience, or a combination of both with a demonstrated commitment to professional development
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the management and delivery of mental health services
- Proven ability in innovative clinical service delivery, harm minimisation and practice development
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills that demonstrate the ability to engage, enable and manage teams
- Proven ability to create and maintain a positive workplace culture and articulate and achieve a vision for mental health nursing services.
