Cavalo Prestige, Melbourne's newest prestige automotive dealership in Docklands, is looking for a well presented and professional Showroom Receptionist. If you have exceptional customer service skills, a passion for high-end vehicles, and thrive in a premium environment, this is your opportunity to be part of an exciting new venture.

Key Responsibilities:

Be the first point of contact for customers, providing a warm and professional welcome.

Manage front desk operations, including handling phone calls, inquiries, and showroom appointments.

Maintain the showroom’s pristine appearance, ensuring it reflects the Cavalo Prestige luxury brand.

Assist the sales and management teams with administrative support.

Handle general administrative tasks as required.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a reception, customer service, or administrative role (Working in the automotive, luxury retail, or hospitality industry is an advantage but not required).

Confident and with welcoming demeanor.

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with high-end client.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general administrative systems.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
