Persistent Pain Solutions is a rapidly growing specialist pain practice. Established in 2024, we have experienced remarkable growth due to our commitment to exceptional clinical care and patient management. With six locations across Melbourne's eastern suburbs, PPS is currently seeking a FULL TIME Medical Receptionist/Secretary to join our team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Answering and screening incoming calls
- Diary and database management
- Making new patient appointments
- Reception/ Front desk management
- Meet and greet patients
- Patient invoicing and collection
- Data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning
- General office support
This is a mixed role with a combination of on site and working from home reception work.
Please note that the role is initially part time till end of June 2025 for training purposes with conversion to full time once training is complete.
**Candidate Profile:**
- Minimum of one year experience required
- Must be willing to travel amongst various locations in the Inner East and South locations
- Highly organised and efficient
- Ability to follow instructions, set processes and protocols
- Confident with figures and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Pleasant and confident telephone manner
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Multitasking and time management skills
- Accounts production experience is an advantage but not essential
