We’re looking for a Maintenance Officer to become an essential part of our Maintenance Team. This is a permanent, full-time position (Education Support Officer, Grade 3, Services Stream) Pay scale from $37.53 per hour with regular hours from 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Experience in facilities maintenance, especially in educational settings
• Strong technical skills in carpentry, plumbing, and basic electrical work
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices
• Proficiency in hand and power tools
• Excellent problem-solving, time management, and communication skills
• Familiarity with various IT software platforms
• A passion for supporting the mission, vision, and values of our College

As a Maintenance Officer, you'll work under the guidance of the Maintenance Manager to ensure our inner-city school buildings, grounds, and facilities are always in excellent condition. • Full-time equivalent salary: $73,425 Year 1
