Are you ready to lead and shape enterprise-wide integrations?
We are working with a construction industry leader as they embark on a large digital transformation, and MuleSoft is a significant part of that strategy. We are looking for a MuleSoft Lead and their first Mule hire to play a key role in setting up a greenfield iPaaS platform and leading enterprise-wide integration initiatives. What you’ll do:
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable and reusable Mulesoft APIs and integrations.
- Lead the end-to-end integration of enterprise applications, ensuring seamless data flow.
- Develop reusable assets and components in line with Mulesoft API-led connectivity and RAML/OpenAPI specifications.
- Utilise AWS Lambda, AWS Simple Queue Service, and CI/CD tools for development and deployment.
- Implement error handling, monitoring, and tuning for optimum system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact integration solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for Mulesoft APIs and integrations.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Ensure smooth service transition and knowledge transfer to support teams.
- Champion CI/CD best practices and DevOps methodologies for seamless deployments.
What we’re looking for:
- 10+ years of experience in integration development.
- Expertise in Mulesoft Anypoint Platform (API Manager, Runtime Manager, Exchange).
- Experience with enterprise integration patterns, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Proficiency in AWS technologies, including Lambda and REST-based web services.
- Knowledge of containerization for Mulesoft deployments.
- Strong background in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles.
- Experience in enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, HCM) integration.
- Skilled in observability tools such as NewRelic, Splunk, and AWS CloudWatch.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and service management tools like JIRA.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
