The Opportunity:

Our client is an Australian owned family run business that operates across Mining Civils, Main Road Civils and Infrastructure projects across the Pilbara.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join the team at their Subiaco offices in Perth You must be either and Australia Citizen, or Permanent Resident of Australia to be considered for this position, we are not offering sponsorship!

The position:

The Senior Contracts Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the full contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance, cost efficiencies, and risk mitigation while working closely with project teams, subcontractors, and senior stakeholders.

With 3-5 years' experience as either a Contracts Administrator looking to step up to a Senior role, or as a Senior Contracts Administrator looking for your next challenge.

The Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Law or Business Management.
• Ensuring subcontractors, suppliers and clients meet contractual terms, timelines and compliance obligations
• Exposure to a variety of civil Infrastructure projects across WA within, Mining, Roads, Rail & Bridges or MRWA
• Excellent commercial acumen managing costs, budgets and financial aspects of major projects across WA's Pilbara Region
• Draft and prepare variations and all correspondence including notices of delay, extensions and other claims
• Strong understanding of contract law, risk management, and commercial negotiation
• Must be living or prepared to relocate to Perth, and have full working rights in Australia
