Our client is a Boutique builder specialising in the delivery of large-scale, award winning residential projects are currently hiring a Senior Contract Administrator to join their team. The team has worked on a variety of projects over the past 20 years and have been awarded a significant number of industry awards and a proven track record of delivering projects up to $165m.

Your Responsibilities:

• Reading, interpreting and applying Contract Documentation
• Processing progress claims
• Provide contractual support to Project Managers
• Sourcing appropriate and cost effective supplier quotes and subcontractors
• Ensuring accurate expenditure, forecasting and cost reporting
• Negotiating and preparing contracts for Trades and subcontractors
• Procurement of supplies and materials as required
• Administer RFIs to clients, architects, and consultants.

Experience

• 4 - 6+ years of experience as a Contracts Administrator or Senior Contracts Administrator in residential.
• Experience in Class 2 buildings.
• Tertiary qualification in construction or a related building discipline.
• Ability to manage multiple residential projects simultaneously.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
