- Extensive experience in strategic HR leadership and workforce planning.
- Proven ability to influence and coach senior leaders.
- Expertise in organisational design and complex change management.
- Strong industrial relations and employment law knowledge.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
Special Requirements
- A current National Police Clearance Certificate.
