Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic HR professional to join their team as a Senior HR Business Partner. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in partnering with business leaders to drive organisational performance and employee engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Coach and empower leaders to create a high-performance culture
• Build leadership capability through training and development
• Manage remuneration bench-marking and reporting systems
• Promote employee well-being and create a positive work environment
• Deliver focused cultural change initiatives to enhance employee engagement
• Manage the employee life-cycle
• Provide strategic initiatives and guidance
• Provide professional advice, coaching and support to Senior Leaders & Managers
• Partner with managers to solve employee relations and industrial relations issues
• Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices

Key skills and experience:

• Degree in Human Resources or related field
• 7+ years of experience in HR, with 3+ years in a senior leadership role
• Strong understanding of building/construction industry
• Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies
• Ability to travel interstate for 2-3 days per month.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
