The role:

This Government Department is seeking an experienced Test analyst who will be responsible for the management of automation testing, UAT planning and execution for a Salesforce CRM Implementation.

You will be responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining test cases and scripts that ensure comprehensive testing of the requirements utilising approved test tools.
• Ensuring traceability of test cases back to requirements.
• Ensuring testing activities are performed in accordance with established policies, processes and procedures.
• Be responsible for executing automation testing in line with strategy and planning
• Executing progression and regression test scripts

You will have:

• Min 3 years of experience as a Test Analyst
• Experience testing a CRM, preferably Salesforce
• Prior experience testing in an Agile Environment and working with Confluence and Jira
• Experience in automation testing
• Demonstrated knowledge in defect management and use of tools (Azure, DevOps)
• Experience with test automation and testing products (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Playwright, Python
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
