Multiple Test Analysts required with skills and knowledge in Information Security frameworks.

• Information Security Test Analyst | Multiple Contract Roles
• Based in Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney | 1 day per week in office

As the Test Analyst you will work closely with a range of internal stakeholders to understand and assess the information security risk and control environment. You will then design test plans and test scripts around the parameters of the security framework. You will undertake fieldwork testing, engage, report, document and communicate test outcomes back to the business.

Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications...

Essential

• Proven experience in the planning, design and execution of test plans and test scripts over IT controls.
• An understanding of CPS 234 (or similar information security industry frameworks) regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to build relationships, communicate effectively with stakeholders including project managers, technical staff and business partners/customers.
• Experience using and understanding manual and automated testing tools and how they contribute to effective testing outcomes.
• Well-developed verbal and written communication skills and a demonstrated ability to develop reports, analyse and interpret outputs and initiate or recommend appropriate action.
• Experience raising, tracking and retesting defects.
• Well-developed organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise and manage tasks to meet agreed service timeframes.
• Ability to learn new things, ability to gain expertise in complex business systems quickly with attention to detail.

Desirable

• Knowledge of NIST, COBIT or ISO information security industry frameworks
• Knowledge or working knowledge of different technological infrastructure within an organisation.
• Understanding of desktop technology and technological infrastructure in a large, diverse and complex environment e.g. cloud, data centres, storage and backups, networks, applications, middleware.
• Relevant tertiary or industry qualification (e.g. ITIL, ISTQB);
• Experience or understanding of the Superannuation and/or financial services sector.
