Role Summary
We’re looking for a People Operations Coordinator to support the employee lifecycle, focusing on onboarding, engagement, and process optimization. Reporting to the VP of People and Culture, this role will assist with HR system management, drive employee satisfaction, and contribute to HR data analysis. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of HR or People Operations experience, strong organizational skills, and an interest in process improvement and HR automation. Familiarity with HR systems and understanding of UK/AUS employment laws is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Support the employee lifecycle, with a focus on onboarding and engagement
- Assist in HR system management (Wrike, HiBob, Microsoft Suite) and help optimize processes
- Identify and automate manual HR tasks to improve efficiency
- Help drive employee satisfaction and retention initiatives
- Gather and analyze HR data to support decision-making
- Partner with leadership to align HR processes with company goals
- Ensure compliance with UK employment laws and regulations
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in HR or People Operations, ideally in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with HR systems (Wrike, HiBob, or similar tools preferred)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Interest in HR data, automation, and process improvement
- Understanding of UK/AUS employment laws (willing to learn)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
