We're looking for a Network Engineer to join our Service Assurance team. This role is responsible for managing and maintaining customer equipment and networks to deliver high availability and secure operations using best practices and managed change.

Role and Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain network hardware and software, including switches, routers, firewalls and other related equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues with customers and partners.
• Maintain managed environments using system monitoring tools detect network issues.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including network diagrams configuration files and related materials.
• Follow strict change control procedures.
• Participate in on-call roster rotation.
• Answer phones and provide support to external and internal customers.
• Attend site as needed.
• Always maintain a high standard of work and service.
• Participate in projects when required.
• Identify and propose opportunities for systems improvement (internal and customer)

Skills, Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated experience with networking platforms such as: FortiGate, PaloAlto, Cisco, Juniper, Aruba.
• Demonstrated experience in managing VPNs and firewall configurations.
• Understanding of network protocols including BGP, DNS, DHCP, SNMP, etc
• Experience with monitoring platforms.
• Minimum three years’ experience as a Network Engineer
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Ambition to drive both your own and the company’s success.
• A natural problem solver and strong ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders.
• Ability to work unsupervised to deliver internal projects and meet timelines.
