The Role

This is a full-time, onsite role based in Sydney CBD, ideal for someone with MSP (Managed Services Provider) experience and strong troubleshooting skills.

• Provide Level 1 & Level 2 support for networking, hardware, and software issues.
• Manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure, firewalls, SD-WAN, and wireless technologies.
• Administer cloud networking for Microsoft Azure & Office 365.
• Identify, resolve, and document recurring issues.
• Support network-related projects and escalate complex issues to Level 3.
• Provide after-hours support when required.

Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience with Fortinet (preferred), Juniper, Aruba (ClearPass), and Cisco.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across network infrastructure, cloud, and security.
• Proven MSP experience with excellent service desk and customer service skills.
