The Role

You’ll be working with one our Co-Founders, Zakary Nash, in our Legal Professional division. Not only will you be able to walk into a warm desk, but you will also have the support, mentorship and leadership of a seasoned recruiter to help you grow.

Servicing our Brisbane (and National) clients, in this 360-consultant role you will:

• Source, screen and interview suitable candidates for lawyer roles (from graduates to Partners).
• Meet with clients to build relationships and secure job briefs;
• Organise interviews and prepare candidates for interview;
• Create talent and client pipelines to grow future job opportunities and clients;
• Update and maintain client and candidate database records; and
• Maintaining relationships with placed candidates and clients to provide follow-up and post placement care.

About You

We’re seeking a recruitment consultant with at least 18 months’ experience in professional services recruitment (or, for those without experience, someone coming from a legal background). You’ll thrive in a collaborative environment and bring:

• A passion for helping people take the next step in their legal career.
• The ability to work autonomously (though you will have significant and continued support from the team).
• Excellent communication skills, and the ability to build a strong personal brand.
• Strong relationship building skills.
• Be outcome focused, with self-confidence and resilience.
