This business is a true market leader in the hospital & healthcare space, providing goods & services to healthcare professionals and patients, enhancing the rehabilitation process to ensure those in need are given the best treatment possible. Reporting into an impressive CFO, there is an opportunity for a commercially minded Management Accountant to join the team. Duties will include:

• Prepare & analyse financial reports, including variance analysis & cost control
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making
• Preparation of financial models and presentations to senior management.
• Conduct profitability analysis on key projects, goods, and services
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and rolling forecasts aligned with business goals
• Monitor performance against budget and provide analysis to support strategic decisions

You will likely be CA qualified and trained in a chartered accounting firm with 2+ years commercial experience in a management reporting or financial analyst role. You will be comfortable presenting financial information to senior leaders, and have a sound financial modelling skillset.
