The Role
As the Transport Coordinator, you will be a key member of the team, providing vital operational support
Duties include:

• Coordinate and plan for group deliveries
• Maximise vehicle utilisation in line with business guidelines
• Liaise and communicate with third-party logistics providers
• Allocate customer orders
• Monitor and ensure all drivers adhere to COR requirements and maintain proper logbook checks
• Oversee and support driver training initiatives
• Ensure compliance with customer-specific delivery guidelines and standards

Skills & Experience

• Degree or Diploma qualification is preferred, or significant industry experience
• Demonstrated experience in transport planning & scheduling
• Previous experience in the FMCG or Transport Logistics industry
• Understanding of transport industry safety standards, COR, and Heavy Vehicle regulations
• Experience using ERP systems
• Strong skills in MS Word and Excel
• Excellent communication abilities
