About the Role:

Intereach is seeking a dedicated individual with fantastic communication skills to join the Community Transport team in the role of Community Transport Coordinator. This position will be the first point of contact for the Community Transport program for a wide range of individuals, service providers and community groups via phone and personally in an engaging, professional and culturally/socially inclusive manner. The role involves working as part of a supportive team and assisting the Program Manager with the daily operations of the program.

The successful applicant will have well-developed computer skill for data entry and reporting requirements with demonstrated experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, excellent time management, organisation skills and rostering experience, and a passion for working with people and making a difference in the community.
You will have a strong commitment to upholding the Intereach values and a great knowledge of services available in your community with eagerness to form strong working partnerships and networking connections.

This position is part time (up to 40hrs per fortnight), Mon – Fri 10am – 2pm, fixed term until 30 June 2025 and is based in our Griffith Office.
We are open to seeing this position as a shared role if we have two suitable applicants apply that are preferable to a shared role opportunity.

This position has been classified under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award as Level 4 with an hourly rate of $43.08 + Superannuation + Salary Packaging.
