Your new company
A global leader in their space, with over 150 years specialist industry experience - your new organisation has a reputation for reliability & durability mastering the compressor industry; working across aerospace, electronics, power generation, FMCG, oil & gas – to name a few.
In your new organisation you will have endless opportunity for skill development as a Service Scheduler / Coordinator in the Commercial, Industrial Compressor space. This role will allow for autonomy, a fast-paced customer service role, ability to work for a multinational enterprise all whilst being competitively remunerated.
Your new role
Your new role will see you reporting to the Service Support Supervisor, working 8.30am - 4.45pm, Monday to Friday. Your new role will see you liaise with customers to facilitate the timely and efficient provision of products and services and provide operational support for the Customer Care Centre including clerical and administrative responsibilities. With training provided you will be equipped to excel in your role with the right support from the get-go.
Your main duties will see you:
- Communicating with Service Teams and Managers on jobs, allocating accordingly;
- Initiating service reports and assess response times, relevant invoicing, and credit terms being met;
- Operating as first point of contact for service customers and overall operational support; and
- Maintaining utmost urgency whilst adhering to breakdown requests & prioritising excellent customer relationships.
What you need to succeed
- Ability to commence immediately, & prior SAP experience is essential (inputting data such as parts and using codes as necessary);
- Proven background - Service Coordinator role, Transport Scheduler / Allocator, and related scheduling background – creating purchase orders, opening and allocating jobs to Technicians;
- Ability to multi – task priorities, excellent phone manner and good customer service skills;
- Demonstrated PC Skills & MS Office Suite (SAP, Lotus Notes, Excel, Outlook, Word);
- Ability to meet deadlines and organise work priorities; and
- Ability to work in office full-time, ability to prioritise tasks as needed autonomously.
