What You’ll Do:

• Design and the execution of financial crime and AML frameworks
• Drive compliance, policies, and risk controls to mitigate financial crime threats
• Act as a trusted advisor to business units on AML/CTF and financial crime risks
• Drive financial crime transformation projects and AML uplift initiatives
• Engage with regulatory bodies and ensure ongoing compliance

What We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years of experience in financial crime, AML, or risk management
• Strong knowledge of AML/CTF legislation and regulatory requirements
• Proven ability to lead AML uplift projects and risk transformations
• Experience in developing financial crime risk frameworks and policies
• Strong stakeholder engagement & advisory skills
• Leadership experience with a focus on compliance and integrity
