Our client, a leading organisation in the infrastructure sector, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Compliance Manager to join their dynamic team. This role is an exciting greenfields opportunity to set up systems, processes, and procedures from the ground up, playing a key part in shaping and implementing the compliance and reporting strategy within a rapidly evolving industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of the organisation's compliance and reporting strategy, ensuring alignment with legislative, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
• Coordinate compliance assurance activities, including regular audits and risk management reviews.
• Develop and deliver compliance training programs to enhance awareness and accountability across the organisation.
• Prepare detailed compliance reports for senior committees and support regulatory reporting requirements.
• Investigate and manage incidents and breaches, working closely with stakeholders to strengthen controls and processes.
• Contribute to regulatory projects, training solutions, and initiatives that enhance governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Previous compliance experience, ideally within a regulated environment.
• Proven ability to prepare compliance reports and communicate complex information clearly.
• Understanding of risk management, privacy, or cybersecurity concepts.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to recommending solutions.
