About You:
You are a highly skilled Marketing Manager with a proven track record in online high-ticket sales. You thrive on developing and executing marketing strategies that generate high-quality leads, nurture prospects, and drive conversions. With experience in digital marketing, email marketing, and conversion optimisation, you understand the nuances of high-ticket sales funnels, webinar marketing, and paid advertising.

You are results-driven, analytical, and adaptable—constantly refining your approach based on data and performance insights. Your expertise in crafting compelling campaigns ensures maximum impact, and your ability to optimise each stage of the customer journey makes you an invaluable asset to our online property flipping education company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Growth: Develop and execute strategic lead generation initiatives through paid and organic channels to drive business growth.
  • Email Marketing: Design and implement high-impact email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and increase conversions.
  • Paid Advertising Coordination: Act as the primary liaison with our Meta (Facebook & Instagram) marketing agency, ensuring campaigns are optimised for maximum lead generation and business impact.
  • YouTube Strategy & Optimisation: Manage communication with our YouTube marketing agency to drive lead generation through video content strategy.
  • Website Optimisation: Collaborate with our website development team to enhance user experience, improve conversion rates, and support lead generation efforts.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse marketing performance data to refine strategies, optimise ROI, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Industry Trends & Innovation: Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, leveraging new opportunities to keep our brand at the forefront of industry innovation.
  • Facebook Group Management: Oversee content and engagement in our 43,000+ member Facebook group (Flipping Houses Australia) to drive community engagement and business growth.
  • Social Media Management: Develop and implement high-impact social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms to increase brand awareness and audience growth.
  • Content Strategy & Development: Work closely with the Founder to create innovative and engaging social media content that sets a new standard.
  • Video Content Production: Collaborate with the video editor to plan, create, and refine video content for social media.
  • Community Engagement: Foster engagement across social media platforms by responding to comments, questions, and discussions to strengthen audience relationships.
  • Social Media Analytics: Analyse social media metrics and trends to optimise content performance and drive engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (master’s preferred).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and consumer psychology.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM software, etc.).
  • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in the online high-ticket sales space.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing management role.
  • Expertise in lead generation, conversion optimisation, and sales funnel development.
  • Hands-on experience with paid advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Track record of scaling revenue through online marketing strategies.
  • Experience collaborating with sales teams to optimise customer acquisition and retention.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns.
