About the role
As an Administration Coordinator at Molong Tyre and Mechanical, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of our operations at our Molong, NSW office. This full-time position will see you collaborate closely with the workshop team to ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
What you'll be doing
- Overseeing the day-to-day administrative functions of the office, including managing filing systems, ordering office supplies, and coordinating meeting scheduling
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients and stakeholders, responding to enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Daily reconciliation of bank account and ordering of inventory.
- Collaborating with the broader team to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficient administrative workflows
- Completing other tasks as directed.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to interact with a range of stakeholders
- Experience with Xero is desire and have the ability to learn our mechanical booking system.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of work
- A positive, proactive, and solutions-focused attitude
About us
Molong Tyre and Mechanical is a small business servicing the automotive repair needs of the Cabonne community. Hours of work are 8am to 5pm and you have a choice to work 40 hours allowing for a monthly RDO or working 38 hours if you desire. Travel expenses are negotiable.
