We are currently searching for our next valued team member to assist us with the position of ‘Administration & Claims Coordinator’. Beyond Clean Group is an insurance-based restoration company. We specialise in providing emergency repair and restoration services. You will be responsible for the oversight, organisation, and management of the end-to-end cycle by coordinating & liaising with our internal staff and subcontractors, contacting key stakeholders during the life cycle of the job, providing support to the team to ensure the business meets their KPI’s, and the delivery of exceptional customer service to external customers and clients.
The Role
- Provide direct support to our Restoration Technicians, other administration team members, and our clients/external stakeholders
- Regularly action phone and email inquiries from our clients, customers, and contractors – inbound and outbound.
- Process new claims, schedule attendances and submit quotes
- Update job information via company software or client software portals.
- Reviewing reports, scope of work and costs for submission to our insurance clients including compiling additional scope of work pricing for complex jobs or variations
- Data entry and general administration duties
What you will bring to the role
- An enthusiastic and fun "can do" attitude
- Exceptional customer service and phone skills
- Can build rapport with others easily while showing genuine care to our customers
- High-level communication skills, both written and verbal
- Effective time management and high attention to detail
- Administration experience
- Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Word and Excel)
- Experience with Claims management would be advantageous (but not necessary)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once in a busy and diverse environment
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
