About the role
- Administration/Receptionist - providing administration and customer service for the facility
- Supporting of admin and coordination of consulting suites
- Receives welcomes and directs enquiries of patients, staff, VMO's, Allied Health etc.
- Support patients about their admission and ensure patients are aware of their rights responsibilities etc.
- Maintain accurate records to respond to enquiries
- Collating information and assisting with paperwork
About you
- Prior experience at a busy front desk and or administration background
- Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Balance multiple priorities, work to deadlines and respond in a flexible manner to work requirements
- Ability to work in a fast paced work environment whilst maintaining accuracy.

About the hospital
In this role you will be based at St Vincent's Private Community Hospital Griffith.
- A modern medical & surgical facility, 20 patient beds, 3 state of the art operating theatres
- Established to provide access to excellent health services closer to home for the community
- Over 65 local employees, providing compassionate & professional care for our patients & their families
- Onsite is the great Murrumbidgee Clinical Teaching and Learning Centre, an education facility that develops the next generation of medical staff in our region
