The Opportunity

As a People and Culture Advisor you will play a pivotal role in leading all end-to-end recruitment activities and providing strategic partnership to business units in areas including learning and development, quality assurance, employee relations, process automation and HR data analytics.

Responsibilities Include

• Drive talent acquisition, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a great candidate experience.
• Partner with managers to fill roles efficiently and enhance recruitment processes.
• Provide advice to leadership, including performance management, HR systems, and compliance.
• Use HR metrics, including turnover, hiring rates, and training compliance to inform HR strategy.
• Support key initiatives in EVP, culture, engagement, and learning & development.

About You:

We’re looking for a proactive hands-on HR professional with extensive experience in end-to-end recruitment including the development and implementation of strategic recruitment strategies. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, skilled in building trust and providing clear, practical advice. You are a problem solver and thrive in a collaborative team based environment, balance strategic and operational work, and bring a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive culture.

• Demonstrated experience in providing leadership and support in the provision of a range of generalist HR support in Learning and Development, HR metrics, automation of processes and Industrial Relations.
• Ability to independently analyse and develop HR reports to outline key themes and trends in P&C metrics.
• Excellent written and editorial skills with high attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
• IT savvy and demonstrated a high level of proficiency in applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Survey Monkey etc.
